If for any reason the event is cancelled please notify Madd Flava Entertainment (AKA Rod Madd Flava) Immediately. The deposit is a NON REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT DEPOSIT. A later date can be determined and confirmed within the next 6 months from the cancellation date upon Madd Flava Entertainment (AKA Rod Madd Flava) availability.

Any damage done to Madd Flava Entertainment’s equipment during the event by those attending the event and/or venue chosen, shall be the reasonability of the contractee. Consideration should be taken by the contractee in the choosing of the venue and guest that attend.

14. DISPUTES

Any disputes of any sort shall and will be referred back to the terms of this contract. Outside vendors that are sub contracted by Madd Flava Entertainment are responsible for all services separate from Madd Flava Entertainment. Discussions during disputes will be strictly business nothing personal.
